Tourism of Northern India includes delightful tourist destinations like Delhi, Lucknow, Varanasi, Bandhavgarh, Khajuraho, Agra, Jaipur and Udaipur. The Northern India has been the battleground of many great Empires. The splendid historical monuments remind us the grandeur of many empires that existed in India.
Day# 1 Delhi
Depart from your hometown to Delhi, the capital of India.
Day# 2 Delhi City
Upon arrival in Delhi International Airport, hotel representatives will take you to the hotel and make the necessary arrangements for your tour. After refreshments, we start to the busy market of Chandini Chowk, followed by a visit to Jama Masjid and Rajghat.
Day# 3 Delhi (Historical Places)
Visit the beautiful buildings, Qutab Minar and Humayun’s tomb in the morning. Qutab Minar in red and buff standstone is the tallest tower in India. It is also famous for its architecture, history and design. It is another great masterpiece of Mughal Emperor. Visiting Humayun’s tomb will give you a better picture of Mughal architecture and the history of Mughals in India.
After visiting the historical monuments our tour leads to Lucknow, the City of Nawabs.
Day# 4 Lucknow
Residency Complex, a surviving witness to the First war of Independence in 1857, is the first place to be visited in Lucknow. Its roofless buildings and smashed walls are reminiscent of one of the most memorable siege of this British stronghold by the Avadh forces in 1857. The trip then proceeds to the refreshing landscape of Dilkusha Gardens and La Martinière. A visit to the monuments of Avadh Nawabs, including the Imambaras and Romi Darwaja, is also included.
Day# 5 Varanasi
Fifth day is dedicated to Varanasi, one of the oldest cities in the world. The city is famous for the oldest university in India.
Day# 6 Varanasi (River Side)
A boat ride on the river Ganges will give you a view of thousands of devotees offering prayer along the banks of river Ganges.
Day# 7 & 8 Bandhavgarh
Seventh day of the tour is reserved for famous National Park, wildlife tour and wildlife sanctuary. Eight day is dedicated for adventure and fun at Bandhavgarh.
Day# 9 & 10 Khajuraho
Khajuraho, famous for its outstanding monuments, erotic sculptures & temples, is one of the most sought-after tourist destinations in India.
Day# 11 To Agra
On the eleventh day, we will leave from Khajuraho to Agra.
Day# 12 Agra
In Agra, visit the famous Taj Mahal, the finest example of Mughal architecture. Taj Mahal is famous for its exquisite ornamentation, precious gemstones and its picturesque location.
Day# 13 Jaipur
On the thirteenth day our tour leads to Jaipur, popularly known as Pink City. There we will visit Bharatpur Bird Sanctuary. A ride by cycle rickshaws gives you the beautiful view of the sanctuary with a wide variety of exotic birds passing by.
Day# 14 Jaipur (Palaces)
On the morning of the fourteenth day you can visit the famous structures like Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Amber Fort in Jaipur.
Day# 15 Deogarh
The fifteenth day is dedicated to explore the colorful village, Deogarh.
Day# 16 Udaipur
The tour is leaded to Udaipur on the sixteenth day.
Day# 17 Udaipur City
Main attractions of Udaipur include the City Palace, Jagdish Temple, and Sahelion-ki-Bari.
Day# 18 Delhi
After the blissful trip, guests return to Delhi.
