Description
Nepal, the home of mountains, is a favorite tourist spot for the adventure loving tourists. Nepal Tours are organized to help these tourists explore the mountain peaks while also energizing their body with the clean air of the lush green forests in the area.
DAY# 1 Delhi To Kathmandu
Guests arrive at Delhi International Airport. From there they board a flight to Kathmandu. At Kathmandu, they will be welcomed by Nepal tour representatives and transferred to the respective hotels for overnight stay.
DAY# 2 Kathmandu
The trip starts with a visit to Kathmandu Durbar Square which then proceeds to Kumari Temple, house of the virgin goddess. Swoyambhunath is a wonderful pillar (stupa) constructed on top of the hill. From here, you can get a wonderful view of the Kathmandu Valley. The trip then moves to Patan city, Krishna Mandir, Golden Temple and more. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY# 3 Kathmandu To Darjeeling
In the morning guests board a flight to Bhadrapur near Darjeeling. From there they are picked by tour representative and are brought to Darjeeling by taxi. Stop for lunch en route.
DAY# 4 Darjeeling
Darjeeling tour starts in the morning by a visit to Happy Valley Tea Garden, Himalayan Mountaineering Institute and Zoo, and Tibetan Refugee Self Help Center. In the evening guests can take a toy train ride to Ghoom, depending on the availability of the service. Also included in the itinerary are Ghoom Monastery and Railway Museum. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY# 5 Darjeeling To Ganthok
The trip starts in the morning to Tiger Hill where guests get a spectacular view of sun rising over the Himalayas. After breakfast, proceed to Gangtok. Reach Gangtok and stay overnight at hotel.
DAY# 6 Ganthok
The day is dedicated for sighseeing in Ganthok. Important attractions include Ganesh Tok View Point, Enchey Monastery, Rumtek Monastery and Institute of Tibetology. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY# 7 Ganthok To Pemayngtse
Proceed to Pemayngtse via Rabong La via road. Overnight stay at hotel in Pemayngtse.
DAY# 8 Pemayngtse
Sightseeing in Pemayangste including visit to Sanga Choeling Monastery, Pemayangste Monastery and Rabdanste Palace. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY# 9 Yuksom
A pleasant drive to Yuksom after breakfast. En route stop at Kecheopalri Lake. Check into hotel before lunch and take rest. In the evening, procced to hermit's retreat at Dhubdi Monastery, which is believed as the oldest monastery in Sikkim. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY# 10 Yuksom To Kalimpong
After breakfast move to Kalimpong. Stop at Tashiding Monastery on the way. Reach Kalimpong and overnight stay at hotel.
DAY# 11 Kalimpong
The entire day is dedicated for sightseeing in Kalimpong. Visit to Durpin Danra View point, Delo View point and monastery are in agenda. Shop at local market for traditional items. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY# 12 Bhadrapur To Kathmandu
Start the return trip to Bhadrapur in the morning to board the flight to Kathmandu the next day. Overnight stay at hotel.
DAY# 13 Kathmandu To Delhi
Depart for Delhi. Guests are welcomed at Delhi International airport and sent back to respective destinations.
